Confessional: A verse that changed Jerry's life after his accident | 1 Timothy 4:7-8

A few years after Jerry was paralyzed playing football at 17, he came across this verse in 1 Timothy and it changed his life.

The Danger of Drifting: Some Will Depart from the Faith | 1 Timothy 4:1-5

The Spirit has warned us that in these last days between Jesus' first and second coming some will depart from the faith. This departure is often a slow drift (Hebrews 2:1-3). There is nothing more urgent then that we endure to the end in our faith. The final test of assurance is endurance. Those who abandon the faith never had the faith. We must fight the good fight and finish our course.
