Praying to a Sovereign God | Acts 12:1-19

God's sovereignty is both His total control over His creation and also His freedom to do with it as He sees fit in His infinite and inscrutable wisdom. As Psalm 115:3 says, "Our God is in the heavens; He does all that He pleases." This passages shows us how God's sovereignty is the very reason we pray . . . and why we should pray together more often and more earnestly!

Greg asks us if we are trusting in the kings of the earth for refuge or if we are trusting in God's Anointed King, the Lord Jesus.
